If you want to ease into exercise after having your baby - this is a great way to start! This 1 hour session includes skipping, boxing, lunges, resistance training, squats & pelvic floor exercises to give your body a full workout and target those "mummy" areas. Exercises are customised to your fitness level and sessions are run by trainers specialising in post-natal fitness.
